This 1:100 scale model was meticulously created to showcase the new construction of five residential properties in Willoughby for a marketing launch in a display suite.

The model utilises a multitude of materials, textures, colours and techniques that highlights and emulates the architectural design of the buildings.

The intricacies of the model lie in the detail on the brickwork which was executed through precise laser-engravings and the vertically detailed bi-fold sunshades on the exterior. Furthermore, the distinctly rounded form of the low rise residential flats softens and complements the sharp features of its adjacent high rise buildings which make this development standout among the rest.
