A victorian-esque architectural styled building sits at the centre of the timber model, linked by two golf holes to capture a sectional view of a clubhouse within its course setting.

We sought to emphasise the architecture of the clubhouse and the landscape design of the golf course through the minimalistic use of diversified materials and colour. Essentially we landed on using basswood as the primary medium to create the model.

The precisely laser-cut details highlight the brickwork and intricacies of the building whilst the delicate tan of barred lines on the surface of the course creatively accentuates the distinct pattern of perfectly cut fairways.

Carefully placed trees and shrubbery introduce subtle tones of green, softening the warm yellow of the timber to create a balanced contrast.
